Born in Bursa Turkey, 1979. Successfully graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Visual Communication Design department at 2001. Got his MSc degree from GITS Media Lab, Waseda University, Tokyo in 2004. Stayed in Tokyo for years and worked in different design companies in various positions such as senior CG designer, art director. Worked in Istanbul Bilgi University, Visual Communication Design department as full-time lecturer between 2006 – 2019. Gave courses about branding design, UI/UX design and graphic design based subjects. Thru 2004 -2019 worked with various projects from startups to high-scale UI/UX solutions and branding projects such as Istanbul 2010, Fox TV, The Marmara Taksim, karnaval.com.

Passionate about researching potential future UI/UX technologies and possibilities with emerging technologies such as wearables, XR and microcontrollers. Currently working as freelance designer, mentor in various incubation centers about branding and user experience, consultant for various companies and startups in Tokyo, Istanbul and Toronto.
